Is the required mortgage £100k or more?
We do not accept referrals for mortgages under £100,000 unless they are secured loans or bridging finance. How would you like to proceed?
With the fees we charge clients, it is not commercially viable to work on adverse credit cases under £100k on a no-cross sell basis and whilst paying away 25% commission.
